Delivery Information

All orders are processed throughout the day until our cut off at 14:00. Orders after this time may be processed the following day. We aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day from when we process your order. (most of the time it’s the same day). 

Small Parcels – Economy

Small Packages & Parcels Economy will be sent out via Evri Economy Service (3-5 Working Days). We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.

Small Parcels – Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For

Small Parcels – Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (2-3 Working Days) will be sent out via Post Office. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.

Medium Parcels – Economy

Medium Parcels will be dispatched using either Evri or Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.

Large Parcels – Courier

Large Parcels will be dispatched using a courier service. We normally use ParcelForce for this service but, at times, may need to use an alternative courier such as DPD or DHL depending on dimensions of your packaged items. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day.
